Situated in central Lincoln, in the riverside north east corner of Brayford Pool is The Royal William IV, dating back over 170 years in an area with a history going back considerably longer. Traces of late Iron Age occupation dating from the 1st century BC were noted during excavations in 1972.
Today the Royal William IV is a traditional Lincolnshire pub with a great selection of beers & wines, serving classic pub food in a friendly atmosphere.
There is a large sitting area outside in the warmer months, right alongside the Brayford Pool.

They pride themselves on serving good quality, homemade food, using as much locally sourced Lincolnshire products as possible. They serve classic British Afternoon Tea as well as alternative ones; including an American Tea with mini hot dogs and a Mexican Tea with quesadillas. They also serve a wide range of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Everything is homemade including their cakes, and their scones are freshly baked daily.

At Samba Brazil they specialise in the famous churrascaria (BBQ) style of restaurant that is a favorite in Brazil for both Brazilians and visitors.
The idea started in Rio Grande do Sul the southern cattle state of Brazil where the Gaucho live and work. For a celebration meal they would cook (BBQ) many different cuts of meats on large skewers over an open fire and then carve the meat at the table.
